Holistic & Body-Oriented Therapy Integrating Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Somatic Awareness
Welcome! I'm Melinda
Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Therapist-in-Training, + Founder of Sattva Wellness
I’m Melinda Reece, a holistic practitioner and Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee (MFT-T) specializing in body-oriented, integrative therapy.
For over 15 years, I’ve supported clients through Ayurveda, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic coaching. As I deepen into psychotherapy, I bring those roots into the healing space, where slowing down, feeling, and compassionate awareness invite real change.
My approach is relational, attuned, and embodied. We listen to the body, honor emotion, and move at a pace that feels safe. Sessions are a place to breathe, unwind patterns, and come back to what’s true within you.

Client Love
“You are an inspiration!”
“You are the hope I needed to move through some serious mud and believe that I can become a confident, fully capable young woman, fiercely passionate but humble in action. I see all that in you and aspire to move through life with such elegance, dignity, and, above all, love. You radiate! Thank-you for being you - for being a light. Not just the kind of light that illuminates a path, but the one that is a reminder that there is light and it is available and abundant to everyone. You once told me "You can have it all" I believe that now! Thank-you!”
