Awaken your true self

Sattva Somatics

Sattva Somatics is a transformative approach that combines the power of coaching and bodywork to guide you toward deep healing and mind-body alignment. Integrating ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, modern somatic psychology, and intuitive soul guidance, this holistic modality works to break through barriers, awaken your energy (prana), and restore harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the principles of sattva, balance, clarity, and purity, Sattva Somatics offers a pathway to inner freedom and authentic living.

Each session blends these two powerful practices to create a holistic and nurturing experience:

  • 45-Minute Coaching: Through deep listening and compassionate guidance, we explore your current life themes, emotional blockages, and spiritual insights. Using Ayurvedic principles and somatic psychology, we uncover the roots of imbalance, raise awareness, and create actionable steps for aligning with your true self.

  • 70-Minute Bodywork: This hands-on portion integrates Ayurvedic treatments, chakra work, meridian therapy, and energy movement practices. By working with prana (life force), these techniques release physical and energetic blockages, promote deep relaxation, and restore your natural flow. Each session is intuitive, tailored to your unique needs, and designed to support deep healing.

Session Details:

  • Duration: 2 hours – $250

  • Recommendation: A series of 3 sessions is recommended for optimal results.

Each session is an invitation to connect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and step into a life of balance, vitality, and joy.

Melinda Reece, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and PhD Candidate

I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner with a deep passion for helping people break through the barriers that hold them back from true self-love and wholeness. Through both my personal journey and professional experience, I’ve learned how to work with past traumas, emotional blocks, and patterns that no longer serve us.

Currently, I’m pursuing my PhD in Somatic Psychology and have been trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing through the Embody Lab, which has allowed me to deepen my healing approach. I combine the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with somatic techniques and self-awareness practices to support lasting transformation in the mind, body, and spirit.

My mission is simple: to empower you to cultivate strength, resilience, and radical self-love. I believe that deep healing comes through the integration of both Ayurvedic wisdom and somatic healing, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way on your journey to becoming your truest, most vibrant self.

CLIENT LOVE

“You are an inspiration!

You are the hope I needed to move through some serious mud and believe that I can become a confident, fully capable young woman, fiercely passionate but humble in action. I see all that in you and aspire to move through life with such elegance, dignity, and, above all, love. You radiate! Thank-you for being you - for being a light. Not just the kind of light that illuminates a path, but the one that is a reminder that there is light and it is available and abundant to everyone. You once told me "You can have it all" I believe that now! Thank-you!”

kind words

I love the silence, the intention and the presence in your gift.  Thank you for reaching a part of me that has nothing to do but to feel the absence of needing.
