My personal healing journey from childhood trauma to overcoming anxiety, eating disorders, and exercise addiction inspired my passion to support your path to holistic wellbeing. At Sattva Wellness, I blend ancient Vedic and Ayurvedic wisdom with modern somatic practices to create a safe, nurturing space for your physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.

About Sattva Wellness Center
Sattva Wellness opened in the summer of 2023. I always imagined I would open a healing center. After the birth of my son, with a new level of grounded purpose and power, I felt the calling for my vision to become a reality. It has been an honor, and a dream come true to witness Sattva's opening as a source of inspiration, healing and transformation.
Sattva Wellness Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and compassionate environment that is highly attuned to the human experience. Our mission is to guide clients through their healing journey by embracing radical self-acceptance and reconnecting with their true selves. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, Sattva provides holistic guidance for a balanced and harmonious life through diet, self-care, meditation, yoga, and body care.

VEDIC WISDOM
Vedic wisdom is the ancient spiritual teachings from the Vedas, which are sacred scriptures from India. It includes Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation, and shows how to live a balanced and meaningful life. Vedic wisdom covers holistic healing, spiritual practices, and deep insights into existence, with the goal of uplifting and harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit.
AYURVEDIC GUIDANCE
Ayurvedic counseling is a whole-body approach to wellness. It provides personalized guidance based on your unique body type, known as dosha. This includes making lifestyle changes, adjusting eating habits, using natural remedies, and practicing yoga and meditation. The goal is to restore balance and enhance wellness.
SOMATIC PRACTICES
Somatic practices use mind-body connection through mindful movements, breathwork, and sensory awareness. These techniques increase body awareness, reduce tension, and improve emotional control. By tuning into our bodily sensations, we can intentionally manage and alter our experiences, resulting in a sense of well-being and vitality.
